Summary: We have been on a journey to strengthen our core priorities including transforming our Medical Devices Supply Chain to deliver differentiated value to our customers around the world. We have been piloting successful innovative customer value solutions in NA. To enable the acceleration of these customer solutions, we are establishing end to end supply chain solutions team deploying integration capabilities to our customers in NA. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Medical Devices Supply Chain Customer Solutions, NA.
The Manager of SCCS Deployment and Analytics is responsible for supporting the deployment of the NA customer solutions strategy in support of the MD Supply Chain strategy. This role will be accountable to support the pull-through of projects which will require and is not limited to pulling through and /or leading project plans, collaborating with partners, tracking results, developing evidence and case studies, managing the timeline, and enabling team accountabilities to deliver the final holistic supply chain customer solutions objectives. This individual will support the Customer Solutions Sr. Managers through cross functional project teams which include regional commercial leadership and supply chain functions (Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, S&D) to ensure achievement of aligned customer goals and objectives and will also be accountable for analytics, insights, and dashboards and evidence generation. This individual will proactively coordinate cross-functional resources required. This individual should have strong verbal and written communication skills, project management skill, strong analytical skills and the ability to derive data driven insights and translate customer needs into supply chain solutions. This individual should have experience communicating key ideas and strategies to senior leadership both internally and with external partners.
Responsibilities: • Supports SCCS Strategy Deployment Sr. Manager and Customer Solutions Sr. Managers in cross-functional team management to understand customer needs using data analytics and translate external customer requirements into supply chain capability and solutions. • Collaborate with Commercial, Deliver, Global Supply Chain S&D, Supply Chain Innovation Engines, Cross-functional Stakeholders to align resource requirements and deliver project charters and metrics and establishing RWE for case studies. • Leads the assessment, dashboard maintenance and ongoing tracking of customer efficiency and solutions with cross functional teams. • Works with healthcare provider in hospital settings during project execution building highly effective and compliant relationships and positive engagement with healthcare practitioners and their support staff. • Lead cross functional teams (Commercial, S&D, Plan, Make, Source, Deliver) post implementation to ensure successful long-term site management. • Ensure End-to-End supply chain processes are supporting customer and business needs. When challenges occur, will work with functional leads to drive improvements • Expands personal expertise and knowledge in this area of innovation by attending seminars, reviewing professional publications, analyzing new trends and establishing personal networks.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; a Graduate degree/studies in science, business, engineering, finance or organizational management or equivalent experience strongly preferred. • A minimum of 6 years of healthcare business experience is required. • Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end supply chain is preferred. • Demonstrated collaboration with customers to drive value is preferred. • Business analytics experience is preferred. • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, JDE, etc.) is preferred. • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with high-performing cross-functional and matrix teams is required. • Strong communication skills to appropriately inform various levels of the organization and team members in a timely manner is required. • A well-developed knowledge of key business processes within the Johnson & Johnson business environment is strongly preferred. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Self–managing and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Project Management experience is preferred. • Lean/Process excellence is preferred. • Experience in sales, marketing and/or Supply Chain is preferred. • Experience in healthcare / regulatory dependent sector is preferred. • Up to 50% travel may be required as business demands at peak times.
