This position is responsible for managing and organizing a centralized contract management department. The position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activity of the Corporate Contracting and Sourcing Department. Responsible for mentoring and training of Sr Contract Administrators, Contract Administrators, Buyers, and other support staff. The incumbent must exercise good judgment, to be proactive, be able to prioritize, and work closely with Corporate Supply Chain staff to maximize BHSF contract performance. This position needs to be able to effectively communicate with clients and Senior management on initiatives. Responsible for ensuring that standard methodologies for contract management, analysis and reporting are maintained.
Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of Supply Chain experience. Excellent problem solving and customer service skills. Educational requirements may be substituted with documented experience in contracting and financial analysis. Solid computer skills including use of Internet, Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Access. Large volume data consolidation and presentation skills utilizing spreadsheet documents required. Excellent presentation skills and experience in presenting analysis to a varied audience, including senior level management. Ability to build consensus, and bring closure to complicated subjects. Effective organizational skills.
