We are searching for a Customer Service Manager-Supply Chain to join our team can be located at our Headquarter Office in Lake Forest, IL or in Bentonville, AR.

Your Role:

The Customer Supply Chain Manager leads daily execution meetings between key logistics leaders across warehousing, transportation and customer service. Responsible for managing data and creating visual management tool to drive better understanding of root cause issues. This individual leads the process of creating and maintaining a logistics scorecard process so that we are continually aware of our performance, opportunities and challenges.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Supervise and review the data received from the retailer's system, and provides analysis to for each site on performance
• Communicate and contact strategy relative to OTIF between transportation, warehousing and customer service
• Insure that customer's needs are promptly handled and communicated, and takes action to resolve customer problems.
• Manage data and utilizes tools to create effective reporting

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for development and execution of RCPs strategy in OTIF improvements along with management and delivery of a truck load forecast across all sites.

What you need to have:

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance
• 2+ years experience working within customer systems and data entry analysis
• 7+ total years of related professional and progressive experience in supply chain in a multi-facility environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel
• Ability to interface with all levels of management
