Logistics Specialist - Kankakee, Illinois (2002902)

An energetic, self-starter is being sought to join the Kankakee operations team. Coordination of Bulk and Rail inbound and outbound Shipments from the Kankakee Facility. Coordination of site invoicing processes for all transportation modes.

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for the following:

Bulk Order Processing, assistance to carriers, schedulers, and Security

Scheduling carriers for EN fleet and load rack times for EM

Main site contact for all Bulk carrier issues, loading times, and changes

Scheduling EN truck fleets with carriers

Communicate order issues with customer service, schedulers, and production for reconciliation of scheduling carriers for Bulk shipments

SAP assistance for all shipments being processed by site Security

Back up for Rail Coordinator and Package Coordinator Positions

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

6 months of experience in a warehouse environment required.

6 months of SAP experience required.
