" Plant / Site / BU Operational Support: Be the first point of contact for transportation related opportunities, issues, escalations and inquiries, at the incumbent plants, sites and Business Units Interfaces with internal and external customers, carriers, freight forwarders, other functional areas to ensure projects and specific shipments coordination Support and orient plants, sites and Business Units on freight claims submissions, follow-up and recovery, in alignment with regional and global freight claims management policies Procure: Coordinate spot transportation purchasing activities with departments, to acquire transportation services in a cost effective and timely manner, based on specific needs Support regional and global RFQ processes, ensuring that specific plants, sites and business units requirements are being considered Productivity: Identify opportunities to reduce the total cost of Rockwell Automation's supply chain, by optimizing the plants, sites and business units distribution network, selecting the most effective transportation mode (ocean/air, LTL/FTL/Parcel, etc.), carrier selection, and shipping policies. Implement solutions where appropriate Metrics / Performance / Analysis: Manage and complete daily, weekly and monthly transportation related metrics for the plants, sites and business units which is in charge, in alignment with the regional and global standards, providing analysis for strategic improvements Manage claims metrics related to the plants, sites and business units which is in charge Implement: Lead new carriers and freight forwarder implementations, ensuring that all the business rules and demand are being followed and considered, in alignment with the regional and/or global commercial agreements Support transportation related new functionalities and/or new systems implementations Supplier Management: Responsible for local business reviews with carriers and forwarders, rolling into regional and executive reviews Establish a "win-win" local relationship between the company and carriers/forwarders Assists in identifying new, high potential suppliers New Product Introduction: In alignment with Strategic Sourcing, provide analysis to determine the appropriate transportation costs, times and impacts for new products introduction Partnering with carriers and/forwarders, establish new lanes quotations and implementations, securing service level, capacity and budget #LI-GK Qualifications : Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications: - 2 + years of professional experience, preferably within Logistics / Transportation / Supply Chain.
- SAP experince HIGHLY preferred
