Scope and Summary:
Customer Relationship Specialist will be the strategic partners to Sales, BU, Distributors, key end customers and SIs, in providing value added customer solutions through strong collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance and other cross functional support teams within RA.
They will understand customer requirements and the best opportunities for productivity in their industry and drive strategic value addition to the supply chain processes and other practices through understanding of RA initiatives. Partner with customers and business partners, bring in Commercial inputs into the supply chain organization and work with COE to integrate it in the processes and drive process improvements .
They will play crucial role in driving productivity and supporting revenue generation by leading demand sensing and ensuring product availability through active engagement with Sales and Supply Chain.
Develop Market Intelligence and customer Insight to proactively develop relevant solution for specific customer requirements.
Periodic Reviews with Distributors to ensure the Rockwell processes and policies and being adhered and they are still relevant to achieve the common Global RA goals.
Demand Sensing and Market Intelligence inputs to facilitate efficient Demand Planning and product availability to improve both Blended and Want Date Compliance
To represent customer perspective in ensuring customer requirements are met timely acting within Rockwell policies.
Take lead initiative to have differentiation service to key customers.
Take lead to promote and drive I2R process utilization and effectiveness.
Proactive backlog management to identify top critical projects and ensure the delivery schedule improvement.
Maintain blended compliance at XX%
Follow Rockwell principles of ethics and compliance under all circumstances.
Education and Experience Requirements:
More than 3yr of experience in developing and managing demand for a region
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis
Must be self-motivated, decisive, exhibit good judgment and an excellent problem solver
Advanced Excel, Business Data Management, spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
Have the end to end supply chain knowledge include customer service and logistic
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Understand the market requirement and plan ahead to be market ready and stay ahead of competitors.
Ability to adorn both business and customer centric hats to ensure customer retention and market creation.
Factors of Complexity:
Ability to influence senior leadership, cross functional teams through complex process changes and initiatives
Communicate complex process efficiency matters to global teams and regional stakeholders
Persistence in developing new process, influence regional stakeholders on process adherence, error and issue resolution
Facilitating the Key Global customer management for the region through collaboration with various Country Customer care logistics organizations across region.
Must be a passionate self-starter
Understand the importance of collaboration and aligning the organization to drive the necessary objectives
Influence leadership team, cross functional stakeholders, and global organizations
Maintain transparency in communication with all stakeholders
Proven strong thinker and possess problem solving skills
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
More than 3 years of experience in handling demand sensing
Full-time Bachelor's Degree, MBA in Supply Chain is preferred
Strong active listening, written and verbal communication skills
Job requires 30% of business travel.
SAP work experience is mandatory.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, ability to interrogate data and produce detailed outputs to derive conclusions
End customer & Distributor management experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with cross functional teams Excellent knowledge of automation trend and future requirements, good knowledge of English
