As the Materials Program Manager, you will lead the end-to-end materials planning strategy; from development all the way through to deployment.
Data collection will be key, as will being able to effectively network with and influence key stakeholders, whether it be other business units within our organization or our manufacturing leaders. We'll count on you to lead large scale analysis and interpretation, then turn those results into action. As an individual contributor, you'll work with and lead cross functional teams to improve key processes like inventory planning, customer service, supply network planning, and master production scheduling.
Other key responsibilities include:
Leading the global inventory and supply planning process, and configuration to ensure optimal interdependent alignment of Capital to Customer Service Level strategies.
Working with Supply Chain partners to drive holistic continuous improvement through collaboration resulting in increased Customer loyalty, reduced inventory entitlement, and productivity.
Owning the pertinent KPI's and collaborating with the right teams to drive improvements.
Working with regional material program leads and global supply chain planners to drive planning parameter strategy review and update.
Bachelor's Degree required - Preferred in Business, specializing in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.

6+ years of experience in supply chain, with a focus in areas such as materials management, inventory planning strategies, production & master production scheduling APICS - CPIM certification preferred.
Proficient in excel, SQL, Power BI, MS access and problem solving/root causes analysis tools like DMAIC. Six Sigma green/belt is a plus
Global business experience, proficiency and understanding.
Travel is up to 30% (Domestic & International). This position requires limited travel to other Rockwell Automation locations to support assigned business unit segment.
