An international medical manufacturing company, located near Monroeville, PA, is seeking a Customer Service / Inventory Clerk.
Receive and process orders from customers
Communicate with customers until order has been completed
Maintain product inventory and work in progress
Monitor open orders and assist with production scheduling
Create pull pack sheets for order fulfillment using Excel
Create sales orders, invoices and packing lists
Coordinate and complete necessary paperwork for shipping products to customers
Manage accounts receivable
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that apply to the daily work activities
HS Diploma and/or AS Degree required
Minimum of 1 year of related experience required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience with accounting software, i.e. Sage, Peachtree, etc.
Experience with FedEx, DHL and/or other freight forwarders
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong work ethic
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Additional Salary Information: Pay rate depends on experience
