The Finance Manager, Global Analytics & Insights will be responsible for leading a team to support Rockwell's Integrated Supply Chain function. Their responsibilities will entail providing FP&A support including the consolidation, financial analysis, and reporting for all global ISC plants, functions and other ISC related financial measures.
This role requires strong leadership, consultative and partnering skills, as it collaborates with the ISC plant and functional finance leads to help ISC leadership understand financial performance and provide actionable analysis to improve results. The candidate must also have strong financial acumen with a focus on process improvement.
The role also manages a team of analysts located in Milwaukee, WI and Katowice, Poland, so the individual should possess strong people leadership skills and be comfortable managing a remote team.
Key responsibilities include:
ISC Consolidation, Reporting and Analysis
Lead global reporting and analysis including consolidation of ISC global results (function, plant, logistics, purchase price variance, inventory, productivity, capital)
ISC HQ finance lead and primary contact for ISC related questions
Provide support in establishing, maintaining and enforcing proper internal control policies and procedures
Adhoc financial and strategic analysis as required by ISC leadership
ISC Plant Support
Support Plant Finance Managers with daily analytics to provide proactive partnering with the Plant Manager and Staff to drive plant efficiency and productivity
Provide transaction research and issue resolution support to the Plant Finance Manager
Provide assistance with plant productivity verification and calculations
Support ad-hoc analysis during the month to support specific area of plant efficiency concerns or opportunities for productivity
Ensure predictability of financial results by driving an effective AOP and quarterly forecasting process
Monthly review and analysis of the plant operating results, monthly forecast, and all other ad-hoc analytical requirements. Including populating MPR files, Forecast files and Budget files.
Lead and develop Global Analytics & Insights analysts in both Katowice & Milwaukee including performance reviews and career planning to ensure the achievement of ISC goals and objectives, and to help employees achieve their career goals at Rockwell Automation

Certification / License: MBA or CPA a plus
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience with a financial planning emphasis
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, SAP, Hyperion Financial Management and Hyperion Planning
Strong analytical, leadership, communication and collaborative skills
Strong financial and business acumen
Results driven, with an ability to maintain a strategic outlook
Process improvement focus with an eye for simplification and standardization of finance processes
Ability to handle tight deadlines and work well under pressure
Ability to lead a global team and collaborate with Finance and non-Finance audiences
Impeccable sense of integrity and business ethics
Prior exposure to finance activities in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred but not required
