As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be collaborating with others to keep our distribution center operating at peak performance! Responsible for the operational activities of a variety of functional departments. This position will have primary responsibility over our cycle counting, receiving, replenishment, and put away teams. Reviews and analyzes reports, records, and directives, and confers with managers/ supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered. May be responsible for one or more of the activities related to the receiving, storing, and/ or shipping of materials or finished goods. Ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control. May evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives and develop and implement improved procedures and practices. Gives work direction, resolves problems, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.

Additional Knowledge & Skills
Industry experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
Experience with the DEA regulations
Skilled in interviewing, coaching, evaluation, discipline and record keeping
WMS experience preferred
MS Access proficiency and ability to interpret and analyze data
School Diploma or equivalent; 4-year degree preferred
High energy distribution center environment
Some overtime required
