Join Stryker with this APAC role as Senior Manager, Customer Operations - Medical APAC. This role sits with in our global Medical Division and covers products across the continuum of care including Public Access (AEDs), Emergency Care products for the back of Ambulances, as well as products and solutions for Emergency Departments, ICU's, Critical Care and Maternity. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Singapore.
As the APAC Medical Operations leader, you will be responsible to lead a team of eight customer operations, demand, PMO and supply chain specialists based across APAC. This role has oversight of both demand and supply planning processes across APAC. The preferred candidate will bring existing operational leadership experience and sound knowledge of logistics, demand, supply chain and customer operations.
Along with being a key decision-maker in the Medical Operations team, other initiatives include leading integration efforts for current and future acquisitions, championing and improving processes and driving project management.
You will be an astute influencer, being able to ensure strong alignment between Medical operations processes with both Stryker APAC operations; Division operations; and Centre of Excellence (COE) operations and ensuring Medical interests are represented across wider Stryker APAC operations.
Set direction and lead the Asia-Pacific Customer Operations team for Medical APAC.
Align and influence direction with Stryker APAC operations; Division operations; and Centre of Excellence (COE) operations
Establish and standardize procedures, processes, and policies for Medical APAC, identifying process gaps and driving continuous improvement.
Engage with key stakeholders to ensure service standards are clearly defined and aligned with Stryker operations standards.
Establish and support future business expansion models
Project Manage and track improvement initiatives.
Liaise with local regulatory and quality stakeholders to ensure business processes are aligned and compliant.
Act as an escalation point and provide knowledge and support on process and systems for managing customer orders for the team.
Clear communication to sales and marketing stakeholders.
Coach, mentor and develop team members to support and encourage achievements.
Develop succession plans through a futuristic approach.
Minimum five years previous experience in an operational, project management, supply chain or systems Leadership roles
Proven experience managing a team and driving success.
Ability to influence and persuade at all levels
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build quality internal and external relationships.
Outstanding organisational skills and good attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement.
Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
