As a Supply Chain Manager, you are responsible for overseeing and managing the overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize process efficiency and productivity. In addition, this position plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors. The Supply Chain Manager will analyze data and processes, find creative solutions, generate reports, and communicate with both internal and external customers.
You will have the opportunity to:
Utilize a variety of systems to provide analysis for "what-if" request for network changes and defines optimal total supply chain solutions and develops financial impact for customer sourcing impacts
Collaborate and serve as liaison with business and functional teams to facilitate understanding of logistics forecast and budget
Track logistics initiatives and synergies and support variance analysis
Recommend and present findings and recommendations to all levels of management
Build and support project plans to implement recommendations
Ultimately, you will use your expertise in logistics and supply chain to provide leadership and guidance to the team and ensure that our supply chain operations run smoothly.

We need you to have:
BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related field
7+ years of related professional and progressive experience in supply chain in a multi-facility environment
Prior team management experience combined with a proven track record of developing, coaching and mentoring a diverse supply chain team
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel
Proficient in JDA and/or Manugistics.
Proficient in SAP
Icing on the cake:
MBA or other advanced degree a plus
APICS certification preferred
