This specific role of the Demand Planner is to orchestrate demand for the EMEA region to enable growth and deliver world class customer service through in-full deliveries. The role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely and unconstrained demand signal - Delivery of Sales forecast accuracy, Inventory Days, Inventory, Past Due and Blended Service KPI's.
You will take ownership of actions that will drive improved processes, provide good quality data and insights for decision making both internally and more broadly in EMEA region. The role will combine product planning activities with requirement to lead ad hoc projects, support the productivity agenda and be an essential support to the global teams.
You will be an integral part of the Supply Chain team providing information and insights as well as creating timely recommendations and action plans whilst gaining the opportunity to learn more about a world's leading industrial automation industry.
You'll drive the monthly S&OP process to enable the region maximize RA profit and Customer service.
Understanding the Supply Chain strategy and supporting milestones you will ensure continuous improvement of processes whilst minimizing risk of stock outs managing inventory in collaboration with the global planning teams and creating responsive Supply Chain through achieving high sales forecast accuracy results.
You will manage the quantitative as well as qualitative forecast elements by analyzing product demand patterns, trends and seasonality. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to obtain relevant data and insight on demand.
You'll be excellent at influencing, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills and have the ability to challenge senior stakeholders and hold tension in S&OP conversations.
It is essential that you have Supply Chain planning experience (Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Logistics).
You are an experienced user of SAP (APO)
It would be great if you have cross functional experience from either commercial or a financial background.
