As a Business Process Manager, you will improve key business processes and performance through deployment of new and innovative solutions focused on product life cycle management and productivity . This leader must have excellent communications skills along with the ability to simplify complex topics; strong interpersonal skills for coordinating-with and influencing-of a wide cross-section of RA management; processing complexity and anticipating organizational needs; and superior program management skills with the ability to drive execution of critical segment & enterprise-level initiatives and strategic processes.

What you will do
The Business Process Manager is a highly visible role and is responsible for managing process improvement project(s) for Business/ Business Operations and solution deployment projects from inception to completion for product teams. This includes recruiting project team members, managing the scope and priorities, foreseeing the risks, and delivering according to set milestones and cost. You will plan, execute, and monitor the progress of the project and provides update to key stakeholders. Your specific role is as the primary liaison and the Goto person between the business SME, Segment stakeholders and external partners. You will act as a spokesperson, and guide/ coach to ensure that the project(s) stakeholders understand and contribute appropriately. The position requires excellent communication skills, extensive knowledge of the engineering process, manufacturing business environment and a good level of ERP /PLM systems knowledge. The incumbent will work closely with external partners, internal business team, Segment team members, and project delivery team.
Responsible for program delivery and /or process development and deployment
Oversees the full lifecycle of improvement project(s), from inception to implementation.
Manages the confirmation and prioritization of project(s)/ process phases, including the development of decision packages.
Act as liaison with key functional stakeholders (IT, Integrated Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Sales, HR, etc.) on process improvement & deployment or execution of key programs (technology, systems, campus, etc.)
Promote effective cross-business relationships and leverage best practices and communications between multiple businesses & functions. Ensure key business leaders are well informed on operational strategies, challenges, activities, and results on program completion, productivity and business processes and operations.
Listen and communicate to key stakeholders and business leaders to understand the challenges and barriers of process change and performance improvement.
Facilitate resolution to disputes and problems through developed skills in focusing on mutual goals and deliverables.
Maintain a high level of engagement in supporting functions, activities and initiatives that impact the operations of the business.
Take ownership for cross organizational and operational issues to drive decision making and timely resolution.
Generate and implement innovative ideas and recommendations; encourage and support innovative & diverse thinking, continuous improvement and fact-based risk taking in others.
Conducts regular risk assessments for projects.
Develops and presents dashboards and executive presentations on the status of project.
Create an environment that fosters, recognizes and rewards teamwork, commitment, and results.
Mentor and coach staff and other employees to develop future leaders.
Bachelor's degree in commerce, management, engineering, or a related discipline.
Up to 10% Travel
A minimum of 12 years' experience as a Program/Project Manager in the following functional areas: design, engineering, supply chain, Manufacturing, logistics
Demonstrated history of establishing a strong rapport and trusted advisory relationship with senior management.
Demonstrated breadth and in-depth knowledge as project manager (PMP) and project delivery methodologies including PMI and agile.
Proven ability to work and collaborate in a complex environment and effectively influence a diverse team of stakeholders and business leaders.
Lean Six Sigma black belt is a plus.
Technical fluency and broad understanding of modern manufacturing, automation and industrial information practices is considered a strong plus.
Business strategy development and product business experience also a plus
Knowledge of the industrial automation market
Experience in the following platforms is an asset: ERP, CRM, PLM- Windchill
Knowledge of software development practices, experience in Scrum/Agile preferred
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure.
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
Strong relationship skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various functional groups and peer business units.
Experience working with a geographically dispersed team to achieve business objectives.
Good verbal and written communication skills
