The Campus Project Coordinator will support the growing Campus Recruiting programs at McKesson. In this role you will be responsible for outreach and recruiting efforts with partner diversity organizations and college & universities, to raise awareness of McKesson's brand and student opportunities. You will also own the intern program experience at McKesson from start to finish, ensuring students have an engaging summer internship and enabling us to build a pipeline of diverse, top talent for our organization.
Lead the intern experience, starting from offer acceptance to onboarding and program launch, and throughout the entirety of the summer program
Run McKesson's Student Ambassador Program, partnering with previous interns as on-campus brand representatives to develop social media content and campus events
Assist with the facilitation of fall recruiting including event registration, logistics, coordination of McKesson volunteers, communication plans surrounding these events, and tracking metrics and results
Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders on the successful execution of their intern pipeline strategy, identifying internship & conversion opportunities for students, and tracking closely to critical timelines and deadlines
Work closely with brand & marketing to create engaging resources that tell the story of McKesson's campus programs, also assisting with continuous improvements to external and internal Campus webpages, LinkedIn page, Handshake platform content, etc.
2+ years professional experience, Campus Recruiting and / or Talent Acquisition experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Excellent organization and attention to detail, with strong work ethic and initiative
Ability to work well and communicate effectively (both written & verbal) across different stakeholder groups, both internally and externally
Collaborative and teamwork oriented, recognizing this is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where team players are needed to succeed
Creativity and a passion for innovation & continuous improvement
Champion for DEI and creating an intern program environment where everyone is welcome, seen, and celebrated
Professional yet relatable to a student audience
Willingness to travel domestically (up to 30%)
