This role is responsible for the management of various operational aspects across Stryker's APAC network including data driven business intelligence, supporting the delivery of logistics projects as well as first point of escalation for any logistics data enquires.
Reporting into the Senior Manager, Distribution & Logistics, this role will partner with the wider APAC team and logistics service providers to drive efficiency gains and continuously improve the overall data quality and rigor of reporting capabilities.
What You Will Be Doing :
Maximize the service, quality and cost efficiency of logistics for APAC sites
Implement and publish KPIs and investigate performance gaps and initiate actions to meet targets.
Improve and provide the regional dashboard, monthly reports and comments plus underlying analysis to all stakeholders at different levels
Manage the relationships with all stakeholders, including but not limited to Regional Leaders, Operations Leaders, distribution, logistics and trade compliance Vendors, Payment Validation and other technical product vendors
Auditing and analysis of freight data to gain expenditure and service efficiencies.
Communication and escalation of potential breaches of SLA's
Main point of contact for any data related issues and incoming service requests for the Logistics team
Development and implementation of procedures that will drive service improvements and optimise costs
Active participation in business reviews to assess performance and identify further opportunities for partnership and efficiency gain
Share knowledge and best practices within APAC Logistics community to support improvements
Who We Are Looking For :
Bachelor's degree in logistics, business management or related
A minimum of 4 years logistics and/or distribution work or data analysis related experience in an international environment with complex matrix
Excellent Influential skills to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
Advanced skills in data and analytics to identify variances and trends
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power BI, PowerPoint
Communication skills to effectively build relationships with internal customers and vendors.
