What does a great a Reverse Supply Chain Parts Planner do?

A great Reverse Supply Chain planner works hand-in-hand with both our internal repair operations as well as some of our external vendor repair operations to ensure the necessary parts needed for repair are available when needed. This person will be able to use data to analyze past trends and complete forecast for future repair needs and then work to order parts according to Lead Time, Minimum Order Quantity, and Lifecycle Status. This position will enable our repair operations to work at their most efficient and drive greater returns for our customers in terms of quicker turn-around time for repairs and better quality.

Basic qualifications for consideration:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Demonstrated ability to communicate complex plans up to management in an impactful, and concise manner
* Root Cause Analysis and problem solving abilities
* Strong analytical capabilities to perform complex calculations quickly
* Experience with complex Microsoft Excel calculations including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, creating models based on 3+ different inputs

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

* College degree in business or logistics
* Experience with international transportation and logistics
* Experience with Consumer Electronics or Payment Solutions
* Experience with Oracle or SAP
* Experience with Data Analytics
