Quadratec is actively seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and take-charge Demand and Supply Planning Specialist to join our team.
Quadratec is currently recruiting and interviewing for a knowledgeable and reliable ecommerce Demand and Supply Planning Specialist to join our fast-paced team with excellent business acumen. The ideal candidate will provide superior support to the Amazon sales team, collaborating with key stakeholders, identifying inventory needs, developing strategies, and executing plans to meet goals. How you ask?
- Demand planning/sales forecasting
- Engage in Supply planning to include FBA inventory management
- Define, plan and execute replenishment and inventory strategy.
- Monitor inventory stock levels at FBA, plan and build FBA shipments
- Communicate FBA labeling requirements with 3PLs and vendors; providing support for any questions stakeholders may have
- Monitor and reduce excess, stale and aging inventory and storage fees at Amazon FBA and 3PLs.
- Analyze, interpret, and communicate results and risks to leadership.
- Improve supply chain operations in close coordination with internal stakeholders, external vendors, transportation carriers, and warehousing/third-party logistics service providers.
- Collaborate and build effective communication channels and processes with cross functional teams and clients to ensure uninterrupted availability of healthy levels of inventory.
- Build and communicate accurate inventory reports to the category management, purchasing and procurement, and Amazon marketing teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- CPIM (required)
- CSCP (preferred)
- Experience with NetSuite and NetStock
- Tableau for data analysis and reporting
- Amazon Seller Central experience
- Amazon FBA inventory replenishment and shipment planning
- Experience managing 10,000+ SKUs in a fast-paced environment with high variability and seasonality particularly in retail/e-commerce (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.) and consumer goods.
- Experience with demand/supply planning in inventory management modeling, forecasting, reporting and automation.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA inventory and shipment management
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and macros
- Outstanding analytical and data management skills
- Proactive, detail oriented, self-starter with strong initiative and work ethic
- Ability to be flexible & adapt to dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism
