The Supply Chain Analyst collaborates with supply chain, finance, and clinical leadership. Has a foundational knowledge of revenue cycle and medical billing as it relates to supplies to identify trends and opportunities for not only pricing efficiencies but process improvement. Functions as the liaison with Information Technology and Accounting for all systems utilized by supply chain. Has a working knowledge of how supply chain and finance systems interface with EMR, EHR, and surgery information systems within Springfield Clinic. Works closely with Supply Chain Director, Purchasing Manager and Sourcing Manager to sift through data during negotiations and understanding total costs of ownership.
