The Director will have significant responsibility to achieve broadly stated goals through subordinate managers. Will determine objectives, direct programs, develop strategies and policies, manage human, financial and physical resources, and will function with a high degree of autonomy. Will proactively assess risk to establish systems and procedures to prot
