The clinical pharmacy specialist in ambulatory care will provide ambulatory pharmacy services within an internal medicine residency continuity clinic, ensuring safe, cost-effective medication therapy and optimizing pharmacotherapy plans through disease state management programs. The ideal candidate has a robust knowledge base in primary care and is self-motivated. Flexibility, effective communication, the ability to develop new workflows, and work in an interdisciplinary team are essential components of this position. A passion for teaching, both didactic and in clinic settings, is essential. A strong understanding of evidence-based medicine principles
