Job Summary: This individual is responsible for initiating and following through on the several steps involved in the purchasing of a variety of products, equipment, and services used by all WMC health departments. Individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, must be able to work in an organized fashion, and must have excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: * Provide customer service to departments within the Westchester Medical Center Health Network* Reviews requisitions and purchase orders against specifications and catalogues* Reviews requisitions and purchase orders with departments for clarification* Verifies budget allocations and charges appearing on departmental requisitions*
