POSITION OVERVIEWReporting to the Vice President of Procurement, this position is responsible for the procurement of all non-capital procurements, including contract and agreement negotiations for professional and non-professional services, managing the procurement processes for Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), Invitation to Bid (ITB), Invitation to Negotiate (ITN), request for quotations (Quotes), sole source and government contract purchasing; and materials management including warehousing, inventory and surplus property disposition.  The following positions report directly to the Director, Procurement – Non-Capital Program:
