The A.C. Coy Company is currently seeking candidates for a full-time SAP Logistics and Distribution Analyst role. This individual will play a key role in optimizing distribution processes and ensuring the seamless flow of products within an industry-leading manufacturing business.
Our Client is offering an excellent salary and benefits package, as well as numerous professional development opportunities. This role will have a hybrid work arrangement, with 2 days per week remote and 3 days onsite in their corporate offices, 30 minutes North of Pittsburgh.
Responsibilities
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP logistics modules, specifically focusing on Distribution, to design, configure, and maintain logistics processes
- Analyze existing distribution processes and identify areas for improvement, streamlining operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee order processing and fulfillment, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies
- Collaborate with vendors and carriers to ensure efficient transport and delivery of goods
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with other departments, including manufacturing, procurement, sales, and customer service
- Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution processes, presenting findings and recommendations to management
- Exhibit strong conflict resolution skills to address any disagreements or challenges that may arise when coordinating with other departments. Find constructive solutions that benefit the overall operation
- Use data and analytics to support your opinions and recommendations when collaborating with other managers. Present data-driven insights to justify changes or improvements in distribution processes
- Be proactive in advocating for necessary changes and improvements, all while being receptive to feedback and alternative viewpoints
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP logistics with a strong focus on Distribution
- Strong communications skills, with an ability to articulate your professional opinions and advocate for data-supported logistics decisions
- Experience in the manufacturing industry; Strong understanding of manufacturing operations
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field
- SAP certification in logistics modules
