The W. Fielding Rubel School of Business, recognized as one of the 2024 Princeton Review Best Business Schools in the South, is inviting applications for an Assistant Professor of Management position (or a rank commensurate with experience) with expertise in quantitative management, starting in the fall of 2025. While we are open to candidates from all fields, we prefer those with a background or experience in supply chain or logistics. This is a nine-month tenure-track position within our AACSB-accredited institution.
The successful applicant will teach management courses at both the undergraduate and MBA levels in varying modalities, including developing supply chain and logistics coursework. The ability to teach data analytics and/or entrepreneurship is a plus.

Job Requirements:
Ph.D. or DBA in management, preferably from an AACSB-accredited school. ABDs within one year of degree completion will be considered
Expertise in supply chain or logistics or other quantitative management fields preferred
Demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence, mentoring of students, and ongoing scholarship
Demonstrated ability and commitment to cultivate learning environments that are equitable and inclusive of students with diverse social identities and backgrounds
