Classification: ExemptReports To: Division Vice President JOB SUMMARY The Contract Administrator is responsible for the contracting and procurement function of their assigned Division, during both steady-state operations and emergency response activities. The Contract Administrator supports their business unit(s) and works closely with the Division personnel to ensure a cost effective and timely contracting process. This position has extensive interaction with external subcontractors, landlords and vendors, and with internal stakeholders across all departments within the Division, and Corporate Finance and Legal personnel. In steady state, the Contract Adm
