The Medical Digital Process Enablement Organization follows Cardinal Health?s core value of innovation by transforming key business processes such as sales, distribution, logistics, procurement, and finance using digital process mining tools. These tools, like Celonis, will use transactional data, master data and event data from our core enterprise systems to mine the business process and recognize both process inefficiencies and variations that hinder our growth. The Digital Process Enablement team will use these insights to surface improvement opportunities proactively, coach our business partners how best to implement improvements, and lead campaigns which ultimately improve the way we operate.
