Commercial Attorney – Procurement
Our client, a cloud-led data-centric software company and multi-billion-dollar technology leader, has exclusively engaged Solutus to assist the Company in its desire to add a Commercial Attorney – Procurement to its legal team. The successful candidate will support the company’s global operations and procurement functions, which include negotiating vendor and technology agreements, master purchase agreements, SaaS, software licenses, and other commercial or technology contracts. You will assist in providing advice related to privacy, regulatory, compliance, and certification issues. This attorney will have at least 3 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiations.
