Position Summary: Supervises a small group (15-20) of hourly associates in a cross dock, warehouse, or transportation management operation. Monitors day-to-day operations for compliance to establish safety and logistics procedures. Work Schedule: The hours are Tuesday- Friday 5:00 am - 1:30pm; Saturday 3:00am - 11:30 am. Leadership members are to be present 30 minutes prior to the start of shift and may have to work on off shift as needed.
