Required Education/Experience: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Leadership, Human Resource Management, Research Methods, Entrepreneurship, Operations, Management Science, Decision Sciences, Statistics, Organizational Behavior, or closely related field and a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the applicable discipline. Â Preferred Education/Experience: Earned doctorate in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Research Methods, Entrepreneurship, Statistics, Organizational Behavior or closely related field. Significant work experience (five plus years preferred) in the select teaching area in industry and prior teaching experience at the collegiate level.
