Rutgers Business School –Newark & New Brunswick (RBS) is a two-campus business school with a presence in both Rutgers University – New Brunswick and Rutgers University-Newark. The Senior Program Coordinator will oversee the professional mentoring of RBS students, student leadership programs, or any other student programs as assigned at Rutgers Business School in Newark and New Brunswick. Reporting to the Director of SEER, the Senior Program Coordinator will organize, implement, and continuously improve mentoring and leadership development initiatives that connect students with alumni and corporate partners.
