In this role, you will support the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager in delivering procurement activities across the WoAG contract. Youâ™ll assist with tender documentation, supplier engagement, contract administration, reporting, and maintaining procurement governance and records.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to largeâ‘scale government procurement, contractor management, and national service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation and coordination of tender documentation, expressions of interest, contract drafting, and supplier communications.
Issue notices of award, variations, novations, deeds, and termination letters.
Assist with transitionâ‘in and transitionâ‘out activities for procured services.
Maintain accurate procurement records, including pipelines, RFx documentation, submissions, evaluations, and contract databases.
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and crossâ‘functional C&W teams.
Support contractor performance management, including attending meetings and recording minutes.
Coordinate contractor communications and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Uphold C&Wâ™s global policies, including Code of Business Conduct, Antiâ‘Bribery & Corruption, Vendor Integrity, and Health & Safety.
Actively contribute to C&Wâ™s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion goals.
About You
Youâ™ll bring a proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You enjoy working collaboratively and have a genuine interest in procurement and supply chain operations.
Required Experience & Skills
1â“3 yearsâ™ experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field (ideally within building services or facilities management).
Basic contractor management experience, including KPIs, SLAs, and scopes of work.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
High attention to detail and strong timeâ‘management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
Work on one of Australiaâ™s largest government facilities management contracts.
