Education and Experience:
Excellent Customer service.
Reliable transportation is a must, buses may not run late enough for some shifts.
Be able to work on your feet for the duration of a shift.
Skills and Knowledge:
The ability to read, write, count, and follow instructions.
The ability to communicate well with the public.
Follow instructions and established procedures to perform duties.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities: (varies based on position)
Support and execute event operations, including setup, service, and breakdown for catering and concessions
Deliver exceptional customer service to guests at sporting events, concerts, and campus functions
Assist with food and beverage service, including serving, running food, bartending, and guest support
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure efficient daily operations and compliance with policies and safety standards
Assist with scheduling, payroll processing, and workforce coordination, including union and temporary staff
Monitor inventory levels, support ordering, and track operational data to maintain efficiency and cost control
Contribute to menu execution, food preparation standards, and overall quality of service
Support training initiatives to ensure staff are knowledgeable in service standards, safety, and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (culinary, operations, logistics, and administration) to support event and dining success
Assist in maintaining operational systems, equipment, and technology to ensure smooth service delivery
Provide administrative and operational support, including staffing coordination, documentation, and process improvements
Perform additional duties as assigned to support dining, catering, and event operations
